Capital reduction related in 2024

(1) Total shares for Replacement:This replacement of shares includes
all listed shares issued over the years common shares amounting to
749,589,356 with par value of NT$10, totaling NT$7,495,893,560

(2) Total shares and amount of capital reduction: 262,356,275 shares;
amounted NT$2,623,562,750; it is to reduce the Company's
capital and return cash to shareholders to enhance the return on equity

(3) Capital reduction percentage:35%. 1,000 shares will be exchanged
for 650 shares (i.e., a reduction of 350 shares per 1,000 shares),
A cash refund of NT$ 3,500 is expected to be returned for every 1,000
shares

(4) Total shares and amount of the common shares after the capital
reduction: Total no. of replaced shares after capital reduction
will be 487,233,081 shares with par value of NT$10. Paid-in capital of
replaced shares after capital reduction will be NT$4,872,330,810
